In a world delicately balanced, nature once thrived in harmony with humankind. We were once creatures of the Earth, taking only what we needed, understanding the sacred dance between giving and receiving. But as time passed, that balance shifted. We began to demand more than the Earth could give, extracting her resources without replenishment. The lush garden of life, where each plant and creature had a purpose, began to wither under the weight of our unsustainable desires.

"Abondance", a film commissioned by Lafalaise Dion, intertwines the themes of African heritage and environmental sustainability, offering a profound reflection on the state of our relationship with the Earth. Serving as a tabloid of the Spring and Summer 2024 collection, this film celebrates the spirit of craftsmanship and legacy woven into every piece, while simultaneously calling us to awaken to the urgent need for reconnection with nature.
